Both groups of girls displayed some competence and capability in evading capture, but a marked inability to work together and a desire to protest rather than act lead to each girl's downfall. Smaller, more individual sessions might be better to help focus each girl on her own escape before working up into larger, group efforts.

In many of our activities, technologically based capture is a constant threat and must be included in regular training sessions, whether my fellow X-women wish to participate or not. Some might even enjoy the more leisurely aspects of the program.

A final assessment will be entered into the logs by week's end, as I was slightly distracted for a large portion of the session as my co-monitor seized very effective control in a most stimulating manner. His performance was highly satisfactory and something I plan to take full advantage of as often as possible, thought that detail can be kept aside from the girls whose performance I so enjoyed watching...

Rachel Summers also took the initial strategy of protesting the fairness of the session, giving the program ample time to gag her instead of attempting to avoid capture. Once that was on, her attention appeared to focus nicely, with the program eventually able tangle her legs long enough to capture her wrists. As one of the last girls fully captured, she proved a pleasant surprise, and could possible help in the future teaching some of the others.

Karma was quick to join in with Dani Moonstar, hoping that combined efforts would aid them, and while the tactic was effective for a while, the unstable ground tripped both girls up and enabled their capture. Must point out to the other girls that teaming up should be encouraged when attempting to avoid capture.

Using her spear to knock aside many of the ropes attempting capture, Dani's tenacious fight and focus ultimately proved to be her undoing when the program changed focus on first securing the spear before her, and unlike several of the others, she continued to fight even after the ropes had her, attempting to gain purchase towards freedom and forcing the program to continue to find ways of subduing and distracting her. The other girls could learn something from this, using something from their surroundings, if available, to counter-attack.

Along with Magik from group one, the program was set to gag Pixie first, and with that in place along with her hands tied, she simply proceeded to glower towards the control booth as she was exposed. For one of our best strategic assets, we must work with Pixie more to be able to find ways to escape capturing parties, or if possible, research alternative methods of teleportation.

With the adamantium-laced cables able to penetrate Armor's defenses, she was quickly tripped up and stuck to a stray piece of debris. Initial struggles did not prove effective, and when the program turned to a slightly more active deterrent, Armor turned very quiet indeed. Perhaps some latent interest in a subservient role? Something to investigate later, we don't want her not minding being captured unless it's by the right person. Possible future training sessions to uncover the nature of her response...

Polaris was another one that seemed more amused than anything else. She seemed to encourage the location of certain ropes, and she did not appear troubled by the sudden inversion, perhaps as a result of spending so much time in zero gravity. Magnetic powers would've helped her in normal circumstances, leaving basic escape artistry the main focus for the future.

The second group involved in the session was nearly as easy to subdue as the first, suggesting further training is necessary. Once Domino was aware of the program's nature, she simply laughed, appearing not to be concerned. While she did seem to almost enjoy her predicament, it should be noted that the program had to almost continually bind her in different ways. Must remember to turn up the strength of the power suppression field.

Boom Boom tested the "flailing around" hypothesis that proved as ineffective as it proved somewhat amusing to watch. Should suggest that stopping to think a moment when under duress isn't always the worst idea. The gag took the longest as she managed to catch hold of part of it, but once it was in, she fell mercifully and mostly silent.

Blindfold appeared aware of the ropes presence, but did not appear to be highly concerned by their nature, indeed helping to get her arms into place with a usual good-natured apology before the gag went on. Next session, she should be reminded to treat the situation as it if were serious, and not just a curious new simulation program in the Danger Room.

A week after our last session (See report for Session #19848A), X-23 approached me expressing an interest in attempting a "similar scenario." She had explained it as a 'desire to figure out how to escape' so that she could apply that learning to the original scenario, but having seen the way that she reacted in the four times she has experienced that scenario already, it was clear that our little Laura found certain parts about her restraints very enjoyable.

She has continued to have troubles understanding her emotions and feelings, so I felt like this was an excellent opportunity to expose her to one of the more pleasure things in life, as well as to have a bit of good-natured fun. However, before I accepted her request, the ever-nosy Kitty Pryde interjected with a demand to be allowed to supervise this session, to 'ensure that nothing untoward happened.' Having tolerated her sass and interruptions far too many times in the past, I informed her that she would be allowed, but only if she followed my rules. With perhaps a justifiable hint of suspicion in her tone, she accepted the stipulation. Luckily, the program opted to gag her first to make sure that all of the complaints while she was bound and suspended went pleasantly well muffled.

Laura remained very calm but watched with apparent interest as the program bound and rendered Pryde helpless before it turned it's attentions on her. From nearly the moment it had her secured, she started to fight against her bonds, and after allowing her to fight long enough, I opted to begin my portion of the session. Having enjoyed such sessions in the Hellfire Club myself, I introduced Laura to some of the more pleasant aspects that this scenario left her open to, both renewing her struggle against her bonds as well as prompting a much more interesting reaction.

Several minutes in, she was able to work one of her ankles free of it's anchoring rope and, in a rather surprising but telling move, Laura used it to "assist" in my activities, making it quite clear to both myself and to Pryde that she was enjoying herself no matter how hard she appeared to fight. Since then, Laura has already requested another session, expressing a desire to 'learn how to escape' no matter how many attempts it took; sessions that Pryde has seen fit to blushingly interject herself into in the future - she can't have disliked the two toys I gave her to keep her busy either.

Follow-up sessions should include new stimulation and experiences followed up by individual counselling to make sure that Laura understands what she is feeling, but sessions should be kept to participants that are capable of becoming invulnerable to accidental attack should the power-suppression fields fail and Laura does, by chance, get another limb free.
